James Lee, CPA Senior Partner James, a graduate of University of Houston, has thirty years of accounting and business experience. James specializes in tax planning, representation, and litigation support. He also provides business planning and management advisory services to a diverse range of clients.
Winnie Huang, CPA Managing Partner Winnie, a graduate of University of Texas at Dallas, has fifteen years of accounting and business experience. Winnie specializes in tax services, small business planning and consulting, and state tax representation. She also provides a full range of accounting services to individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations.
Cynthia Wang Senior Accountant Cynthia is responsible for the preparation of income tax returns for business clients,  the preparation of interim and annual financial statements, and providing various consulting services for our clients.  Cynthia is from Taiwan and she speaks Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.
Sophie Huang Senior Accountant Sophie is responsible for the preparation of interim and annual financial statements, and tax returns for our business clients.  She is also providing full range of business consulting and trouble shooting services for her assigned clients.  Sophia has been with our firm for numbers of years, and she is from Taiwan originally .
Kelly Xu Staff Accountant Kelly is responsible for bookkeeping, the preparation of interim and annual financial statements, and the preparation of monthly and quarterly payroll and various reports. She also prepares annual income tax returns.  Kelly is originally from Shanghai, China.
Sabina Tsai Staff Accountant Sabina is responsible for interim and annual financial statements for various clients, and she is also preparing various quarterly and annual tax returns for her assigned clients.  Sabina is from Taiwan originally.
Angela Chow Office Secretary Angela looks forward to greeting our valued clients either personally or by phone. Angela is our office assistant and is responsible for the compiling and precessing of our tax returns and new business filings along with a myriad of other tasks to serve our valued clintele.  Angela is from Shanghai, China.
Valerie Shao Staff Accountant Valerie prepares interim and annual financial statements for her assigned clients.  She also prepares various local and state tax returns.  Valerie is from Guangdong, China.
